The problem
Uttarayan Group, a Guwahati developer established in 2004, competes for searches such as "flats in Guwahati" and "builders in Guwahati". Buyers were increasingly researching developers through AI assistants and Google AI Overviews, where Uttarayan rarely appeared.
The website carried technical debt: duplicate content, broken schema, a blog section compromised by roughly 32,000 spam comments, and inconsistent Google Business Profiles across projects.
What we did
Fix the foundations first, then build content that answers the questions homebuyers actually ask, and make each project easy for search engines and AI assistants to understand.
