The problem
Gangtok is a small market with a limited pool of families. The school needed enquiries that would turn into admissions, at a cost per lead it could sustain through a short admission season.
What we did
Run an integrated programme rather than ads alone: a modern website for parents to land on, campaigns split across seven audience groups, fresh creatives through the season, local listings, offline media, and quick follow-up on every lead.
Work delivered
- Website redesign
- Four Meta campaigns across seven audience groups, with 22–25 creatives running as 54 ads, plus retargeting
- Listings on relevant local directories
- Flex banners, hoardings and newspaper advertisements
- WhatsApp outreach to the school's database, and replies to social enquiries
- A collaboration with Sikkim Pages
