Better leads, not just more leads, from Meta ads
Uttarayan was already advertising on Meta, but lead quality was inconsistent. We rebuilt the campaign structure property by property and reworked the landing pages around serious buyers.

The problem
Campaigns, ad sets, creatives and follow-through were not organised to surface serious buyers reliably, so the sales team spent time on leads that went nowhere.
What we did
Run each property as its own campaign, test several creative directions side by side, target by city and region across Northeast India, and build landing pages around lead quality rather than volume.
Work delivered
- Campaigns for 7–8 properties, including Majesty, Harmony, Prakriti, Paradise, Vedic, Shreejoni, Icon and Ville
- Three to four creative directions per property: location and amenities, route map, lifestyle and urgency
- Landing page optimisation
