The problem
Chad Cole had 23 LinkedIn connections, no consistent voice, and messaging that described features rather than the problems ClipNine solves. There was no plan for building trust before asking people to download.
What we did
Write in Chad's own observational, non-salesy voice; build content from real user workflows and language; track what resonated; and look for the real reasons downloads were stalling.
Work delivered
- LinkedIn ghostwriting
- User-first content strategy
- Analytics and behaviour tracking
- From month two: strategic consulting, including a monetisation roadmap and beta feedback plan
One finding: the biggest obstacle to downloads was a Microsoft SmartScreen installation warning, not the messaging.
